    • in low-sugar jam, spread on toast or bagels
    • cut up in whole-grain cereal
    • in fruit salad
    • over yogurt
    • in healthy baked goods
    • juiced at home (invest in a good juicer)
    • in smoothies
      • sweetened with fruit juice
      • add yogurt, soy milk, and flavored protein powder
