Jen's Favorite French Toast (and Why Real Maple Syrup is so good for you)

Ingredients (Serves 5):

Whole Grain Bread - 5-8 slices
Eggs - 3 or 4 (I suggest organic, free-range)
Cinnamon - 2 tsp. or to taste
Butter or non-stick cooking spray - to lightly coat skillet

Topping:
Walnuts (health benefits of walnuts here)
Maple Syrup (the real thing!)

1. Mix together with a fork: eggs and cinnamon.
2.Turn skillet on medium/low, and coat with butter or spray.
3. Soak bread in egg mixture. If bread is soft, only put it in for 10 seconds. If it's hard, let it soak longer.
4. Place egged bread on skillet. Cook till lightly browned on one side, then flip.
5. Serve topped with walnuts and maple syrup.
6. Enjoy!
