My Favorite Fascia Release Workout!

As a certified Pilates instructor, I've worked with clients in numerous studios and health clubs for over 15 years, and I've seen many individuals find increased mobility, manage pain, and smooth out cellulite bumps using fascia rollers. This year, I recorded a version of my favorite fascia rolling workout at the request of my daughter who is away at college. She's on the UF Rock-Climbing team and wanted to add this to her recovery workout. Let me know if you like the workout!
